- AHAl Hawks1 day ago5.0I have a Gem E.2 golf cart. I bought it 3 years ago and it had new batteries put in. I started having an issue as the battery bar would drop 2 bars out of 10 and if I tried going up the hill to my house it would go to 0 charge. Rich the owner picked it up at my house. They had it for two and a half days figured out the problem which was two bad batteries out of six. So needed six batteries. The pricing was very fair. They were very friendly didn't try to push me into anything and very helpful. My Cart is ten times better than when I bought it. I highly recommend this business.
- LLLarry LaRoseApr 16, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service when things went wrong: My coolant system failed while I was in the lineup at the Peace Arch border crossing. I was able to limp the car (Infiniti M37X) across to the USA side, and brought it straight to Alley Auto Point S on D Street. Colby took my car in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and handled everything in a fair and professional way. He had me back on the road in under two hours. I then drove another six hours to Oregon and back to Vancouver, BC with no issues at all. The repair held up perfectly.Very thankful for the calm, efficient service during a stressful situation. Highly recommend.
