  I recently rented a car and it was supposed to be rented at government rates as it was for government travel. The employee told me in no uncertain terms that the government rate was put in. It wasn't. I was charged over seven thousand dollars. Multiple employees were contacted about this, all of whom told me they couldn't help me. Their complete lack of accountability was really disheartening and I will not be renting from Enterprise again. Update - enterprise asked me to utilize their contact us page, which basically just leads you to a live chat function. That person told me I would be contacted by regional managers. That was five days ago, not a peep thus far.

  I received great service from everyone that I encountered at this Enterprise location. The car was rented because my car was undergoing repairs from an accident. The thing that I appreciated the most was that when the work on my car was completed Enterprise allowed me to leave the rental car at the body shop where my car was being repaired. It made things so much easier for me!

  Shoutout to Hazel! 5 out of 5 stars for her excellent and professional service. Renting this Chevrolet Trek was a breeze. Really good gas mileage based off my driving.
