Unfortunately, they left the cover off the cabin air filter and it was just sitting on the floor of the passenger seat. Since it is black and blends in with the floor mat, I stepped on it while getting into the car just now and it looks like I snapped off one of the tabs that keeps it in place. Also, related to the error in closing up cabin air filter, my glove compartment will not open even when I try using the key. I would take the car back into Jiffy Lube for assistance, but we are literally on our way out of town, so it is now an annoying problem that I’ll have to fix on my own using YouTube videos. Not great attention to detail, which makes me concerned about the quality of the work overall.
