Great example: the mouthpiece hardly remains in place, creating a HUGE distraction for every driver. Even an idiot could tell that a couple of threads on the mouthpiece would keep it in place and reduce the driver's distractions. I have a million more qualms with this product, but I'm trying to leave a comment, not a novel.

I pleased to have device installed without any disruptions to car functionality: phone keys, auto pilot and even summon work as before.

Installers installed faulty devices, which you have to deal with repercussions. Intoxalock did not report install to DOL for two months after initial install. Paid for nothing. Was charged 3 times in one month tried getting my money back and they hung up after 30 min trying to get in contact with representative. Dont know how they got this government contract. I get that I messed up getting a DUI, but I messed up even worse using intoxalock.
