It was unexpectedly easy to arrange returning to a different location online (I went into this expecting some difficulty there), the car was in superior condition, and the return was very, very easy. They gave me a Honda Civic, and it had awesome highway-driving-assistance features—which I'll admit I was hoping for, but didn't really expect. It was a positive experience all 'round, so I think I may save mileage on my vehicle and do my road trips this way every time!
