  ** **AVOID**** Avoid this dealership if you are an out of state buyer. When I bought my Volvo XC90 in February, they didn't provide a temporary tag, stating I'm out of state buyer and explicitly promised me that my permanent plates would arrive within 30 to 45 days through their third-party titling and registration service. Now, more than 60 days have passed, and I am stuck with a car I cannot legally drive. (60 days is what I can drive without having plates) To make matters worse, the titling company won’t speak to me because I’m not their "actual client," and the dealership is now hiding behind fine print claiming that I signed a document agreeing that registration might take more than 90 days, completely contradicting the 1–2 month timeline they used to close the sale. After many calls and several unanswered emails, it took me a full week just to reach the team that sold me the car. Despite the run-around, all they told me was that they can't do anything because a third-party company is handling the registration. I’ve since found a similar review from another out-of-state buyer who faced this exact same issue, I only wish I had seen it before closing the deal. If the dealership is aware of these recurring delays, they should change their titling company and use someone else instead of forcing the customers to wait like this.

  Very professional personal, easy to talk to without the pushing of buying a car. The car I was interested was presented for me and offered different in my price range. All the paperwork was fast and easy.

  I had an excellent experience at Volvo Cars Bellevue! Madison was very professional and honest from the start no pressure, no hidden surprises. He was transparent about the vehicle details and worked with me to find a fair deal. I really appreciated her straightforward approach and dedication to making sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Highly recommend all the team from Volvo Cars Bellevue and especially Madison Young if you're looking for a trustworthy and professional car buying experience!

  We walked in to Bellevue Volvo and met Ali right away. Immediately I could tell he was not trying to push a sell. He was genuinely trying to help us find the best car at the best price. With his years of experience it was seamless. We had Nolan for our Finance Specialist who was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. He even helped us with a few things we wouldn't have known to ask, just out of the kindness of his heart / his approach to the job. we also met the GM of the store who was also very approachable / answered questions. We were able to walk in that day, and take the car by the end of the day. Can't say better things about the entire team at Volvo of Bellevue! Thanks to everyone! we love the car! - Josh
