    Everyone is very nice and very helpful. Jarrell especially is willing to help. I for one go above and beyond for my customers at my own job where I am the manager and it is rare to find exceptional customer service nowadays. For that reason I specifically asked for information on how to write a survey for Jarrell especially and the team at this location. In the past the workers were not very knowledgeable or attentive and it has really improved. Definitely will do all my business at this location and recommend to friends and family to also use this location.

    This is my always go to place for the oil change. The team of Jarrell, James and Dangelo did a great job with explaining the better option from professional perspective for my vehicle and what may be needed but service is not available at Valvoline, such as serpentine belt replacement. There might be some place outside providing more affordable oil change, but I know this is a great place for me. Thanks!

    Got my oil change. Was told to change my battery due to corrosion (also been long overdue for a battery change) and got my air filters changed too. I am thankful for James’s and Miguel’s great customer service. I will be looking forward to coming back here for my next service!

    I recently had an oil change done, and unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very frustrating. The mechanics did not properly secure the splash shield screws after completing the service. As a result, the shield came loose and fell down while I was driving on the highway, which could have been dangerous. Now I’m being told it will cost around $400 to fix what was clearly a simple mistake that should have been avoided with proper care and attention. This kind of oversight is unacceptable, especially for something as basic as an oil change. I expected a professional level of service, but this experience has made me question their quality control and attention to detail. I would not recommend this place unless they take responsibility and improve their workmanship.
