  The unexpected challenges (the calibration) of my particular make and model of car were handled expertly. Clear communication and superb interactions with Cyprian and Brady made the experience a breeze. Few garages excel in customer service, this one does!

  Had an unfortunate interaction With a rock, the size of a baseball that put a hole in my window. Safelite replaced with OEM and it’s like it never happened. The staff was highly Communicative and very professional. I would trust and use them again for sure.

  Terrible Experience. I had an appointment scheduled for a mobile windshield repair on 4/27. They gave me a time window from 12 PM - 5PM. Not only did no one ever show up, they didn't even bother to call to give a heads up on what's going on. No one ever called or emailed me once after the initial appointment confirmation. I called multiple times and no one ever answered, then when I reach out the next day they tell me that the next appointment is not available until an entire week out. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Shows they don't care about their customers and have 0 sense of urgency.

  My rear view mirror fell off while driving. I went to the Bellevue WA shop where it was installed and they ( lead tech) informed me I needed an entire new windshield. While setting an appointment, we found out my address as listed as the shop address, not my home address. The lead tech who was helping me tried to change it, had some problems with the computer and finally gave up saying it would be fixed before my technician showed up at my home. The day of the appointment I noticed my address was still incorrectly listed as the shop address so I called the 800 number, who called the shop who said it would be corrected. My afternoon appointment was between 12-4 pm. At about 5:45 pm I called the tech who informed me he was almost at my address which was still listed as the shop address! At 6:15 the tech showed up and informed me he did not have the windshield because the work order only called for a rear view mirror repair! I had wasted the entire afternoon and some of the evening. The next appointment was not for 3 days so I'm still driving around with no rear view mirror. You are not able to call the shop directly, must call the 800 number. Calling the 800 number is challenging...you really have to be crafty to get beyond the automated help bot...even if you are finally connected to talk to someone, it may then inform you that they are too busy to help, and hang up on you. I'll bet I've made 15 phone calls throughout this thing. Can't recall a more rediculous set of blunders with a business...and my issue is still not solved!!!

  I had a Safelite service man come out to my home to change out a windshield and do the calibration needed. He was a nice enough young man but had difficulty removing the existing window. I found shards of glass everywhere after he left. He tried vacuuming it up but I had to spend hours vacuuming my car inside and garage floor. This should NOT have happened. I cut my finger on a very small hidden piece of glass. He also could not get the calibration machine to work properly ( his error or the machine?) and I had to spend another day taking the car into Safelite to have it recalibrated which occurred quickly. This whole experience took more time overall.and I would not recommend having it done at your home.
