Extremely disappointing experience. We were serious out-of-state buyers, ready to make a deal, and working with Gabe and Daniel was pure frustration. Communication was incredibly poor. Calls were not returned, texts went unanswered for long stretches, and it took three days just to get connected with the manager, Link. As motivated buyers, we were doing all the follow-up ourselves, trying to make the deal work, while getting little to no effort in return from the sales team.
Ultimately, while we were waiting on responses and trying to move the process forward, someone walked in and purchased the vehicle in-state. That alone speaks volumes about the lack of urgency, organization, and professionalism we experienced. There was no proactive communication, no real salesmanship, and frankly very little competency shown throughout the process.
As a business owner, I value time and responsiveness, and this was a complete waste of both. Gabe and Daniel showed minimal effort to earn the sale, and the overall experience felt careless and unprofessional. I would strongly encourage management to revisit training and accountability for their sales staff, because this experience fell far below what a customer should expect.

Zoran was my representative and work with me buying a 2022 Range Rover. The Range Rover had 5000 miles. The car came it was in excellent condition. My wife love it. Zoran keeps in contact with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I feel you can do well working with Zoran to buy your car.

I came in with the engine light on. I had checked that the needed spare part was in stock. That day, the stock was empty. Changing the spare part cost 6X the price of the spare part, took an extra day and didn’t actually resolve the issue - I drove away with the engine light still on.
While the car was there, they further did a complimentary xx-point inspection (without my approval) and tried to sell me USD 10k worth of additional work. This is how a Land Rover specialist truly operates. they managed to squeeze an extra 200 for work that indeed was necessary.
Through all this, the customer service is fine, free coffee and shuttle service is offered. 10 points for trying, but what really matters is to get the cars fixed in time and in a sensible budget. That rarely has been the case for me with these British made products.

We visited this dealership to inquire about purchasing a Land Rover and discussed a potential trade-in. The trade-in we felt they did not want, even though it was a high end vehicle. When the finance manager brought the numbers, I mentioned that the trade-in value seemed low. He did come back with better numbers but we were made to feel like we were not a quality client, however we did agree to the numbers. That is where the verbal communication ended regarding finance.
The interaction after, or lack of, with finance, felt dismissive and unprofessional. They did not verify the online application before submitting to multiple loan agencies and denied with no verbal explanation. I was surprised because I expected a higher level of customer service from a luxury brand dealership. Regardless of whether a deal works out or not, customers should be treated with respect and professionalism by all who work at the dealership.
Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I hope management reviews how customers are treated by finance so future visitors have a better experience.
We have now decided to go with a different high end brand (Lexus GX550) entirely and in fact were pre-approved with no issues. I guess they lost a sale and a customer.

I initially stopped by the dealership several times just to test drive different cars and wasn’t planning to make a purchase right away, especially since I still had a month left on my lease.
