    Sam makes the experience here incredible. I’ve had my car in the shop for a while and so I got rentals from here. She was extremely accommodating and let me switch out multiple times just so I could try different cars (first time driving a Porsche and a Mercedes!). Overall it’s been a great experience and I just really want to shout out Sam for doing such a great job!

    Big shoutout to Sam - she went out of her way to help switch out my rental when a more fitting vehicle became available. She was always timely in communication, and worked with the difficult insurance to co-ordinate the vehicle rental. Thank you Sam!!!

    Sam, the manager, was absolutely amazing in helping me reserve a Tesla Model Y after our car accident. As a first-timer going through an accident, everything felt new, stressful, and confusing, but Sam made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly patient, took the time to explain every step clearly, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for my situation. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to spend extra time answering my questions truly stood out. I’m very grateful for her exceptional service and highly recommend working with Sam if you need help during a difficult time.
