    I have rented a car here a few times, usually when mine is out of service or I need a bigger ride. Each time I've compared their prices to the Enterprise at Sea-Tac and this location is always quite a bit cheaper. Supply and demand I guess! They are always helpful and polite. The time I rented a car for a week when mine was in the shop I found the Kia Soul I started with was too confining for my width so I took it back and they rounded up a sedan that was a better fit. For local renters, this spot is quite close to the Wilburton light rail station so you might be able to ride that in to pick up your car.

    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at This Location. After calling the service center to reserve a car using a debit card, I was told I was eligible for a free upgrade if I wanted, and I was so excited. However, when I arrived, I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of transparency. Upon entering, Alexander Haupt said, 'What can I do for you?' When he processed my reservation, he claimed my driver’s license and debit card addresses did not match, which is incorrect, as I have not moved. He then demanded additional proof of insurance with a matching address. Despite explaining that I had driven 32 miles from Seattle and could not easily return due to traffic, Mr. Haupt—who identified himself as the manager—was entirely unhelpful and dismissive. This was a waste of time and gas. If Enterprise could have been clear about documentation requirements during the reservation process, it could have been avoided. I hope this feedback is used to prevent other customers from having such a negative experience.

    Rented a vehicle that when I picked it up found that it was not going to meet my travel need. The staff quickly arranged an upgrade for me. While on my trip the car had a warning light come on. Called Road Assistance who arranged for a replacement vehicle at the nearby Enterprise. All issues handled easily which I greatly appreciated.
