  My experience with the staff at 12200 NE 12th St, Bellevue, WA 98005 was highly disappointing. When I asked the female representative for her name, she handed me the business card of the Branch Manager, implying it was her own. ​Throughout the interaction, she repeatedly attempted to alter my Costco reservation in an effort to increase the total cost. When I confronted her regarding the price difference, she refused to acknowledge the error. I am concerned by the lack of transparency and the fact that no attempt was made to rectify these misleading actions.

  Conor at Enterprise in Bellevue was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly put me in a loaner that drive well and was immaculately clean. Drop off went just as seamlessly and Conor was also at the desk. Great location and service!

  I had a good experience, renting a car here. They tried to get me to buy all the extra stuff that you don’t really need, but I guess that’s typical for a car sales company. I was able to get a car even after coming a little bit late to my reservation, and then returned it with no issues. I was able to get a small car that didn’t really have a huge trunk, which was my preference.
