  Outstanding team here at this specific location! Sam and Spencer are the BEST support staff I've encountered in any business operations. I also accidentally locked myself out of the rental and Spencer quickly got it taken care of for me. VERY professional. Very quick to help, overall 100 stars for this incredible team at enterprise Bellevue.

  Spencer, Olivia and Sam are amazing. Very courteous, very intelligent and amazing people. I always had the best rental experiences with this branch and will always rent from here without a second thought. Keep on being awesome you guys.

  Due to my profession, I have picked up vehicles from the middle of nowhere and have consistently been treated with respect and professionalism. I am accustomed to dealing with challenging situations and have always appreciated the general standard Enterprise maintains across its locations. Unfortunately, this particular branch caught me completely by surprise. My interaction with an employee named ""Sam"" demonstrated a lack of basic professionalism. He did not understand how to appropriately treat a customer, let alone a woman, and showed no sense of courtesy, class, or dignity during our interaction. This behavior may be excusable in a high school setting, but it is unacceptable from a trained professional representing a national company. A customer should never feel disrespected or dismissed, regardless of the circumstances. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and look forward to speaking with management directly, as this interaction fell far below the standard I expect from Enterprise.

  Olivia and Sam are excellent representatives of Enterprise, what amazing level of support they provided today is a testament for how amazing and empathetic people they are. But Corporate@Enterprise please prepare for high demand or stop allowing new reservations whe you are sold out. Honestly this is not fair on your part to stretch your representatives so thin and not plan your resources well. TAKE CARE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVES CORPORATE. And for the team at Bellevue location, you guys are awesome and I will not rent from anyone other than you.
