Great Customer Service on Nick's part. After that, no such service. I called back 5 days later to check to see if it was still there. Yes it was said Courtney. I was pleased so I told her I was going to be driving long distance to view the car. She was very pleasant to work with. She knew I was coming to see the car the next day after 9am. So you'd think the car would be ready to show by the time I got there. Again, 5 days prior it was there so there was plenty of time to detail, change oil... regardless if I or any one else was looking. It's Advertised and on the lot. When I arrived I happen to see the car out back by the mechanics area. Courtney said they just gave it an oil change. Nice I guess. We then started to look over the car, it was absolutely dirty. Leaves and dirt in ever jam, under hood & trunk. In the trunk was a face mask, grass and debris. No time to vacuum. At this point I'm questioning the integrity of the management. Why do they not care enough about what they are selling on their lot or not. Wow, The manager did come out to address it. This car was listed at $5,789 on their add, I was told it was $6,800 When I called prior. Then they found the add. As the manager said, what do you expect from a $5,000 car. Omgosh he did not just say that. Regardless of the cost of the Vehicle be it 1,000 or $10,000 you should ALWAYS have your Best foot forward. I would have never had my sales crew show a car that looked like that. It shows me they just don't care enough about their customers. It's to bad, Courtney & Nick were very helpful on the phone. And I enjoyed meeting Courtney. But don't tell me you just got the car, that's why isn't not clean when I know you've had it atleast 5 days, you knew I was coming the day before. and it's Advertised Please, isn't this Bellevue?
