  Ali and Natasha were exceptionally helpful when buying our leased car! They are the reason we return to Volvo Cars Bellevue—knowledgeable, transparent, and just genuinely great to converse with. Jayson remembered us and also came by to check in and say hello. Their service department is efficient and helpful as well. Thank you all! We’re bringing our car home to stay!

  We truly enjoyed working with Marc Eiler and Nolan Fasso at Volvo Cars Bellevue! Marc and Nolan were extremely professional and easy to work with! We would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to work with Marc, Nolan and the great team at Volvo Cars Bellevue!

  I was there to drop off my car today and was appalled at what I witnessed. I watched as what appeared to be a driver from one of those car transport companies getting yelled at by the front desk lady and a guy who my service advisor said was the sales manager getting in this car transporters face yelling at him. I’m shocked to have seen such disrespect being displayed out in the open towards someone I assume is just trying to do his job and deliver cars. I’ll be taking my business to Volvo of Seattle after watching what I did.

  Kelsey, who works at the front desk is extremely disrespectful and talks down to anybody that she feels is not a customer and or any automobile transporter that shows up. Then she goes and starts lying to her sales manager Jason saying how she was not disrespectful or condescending with her tone regarding a vehicle that was attempted to be picked up. That they can’t find keys for when the transporter says that they’ve been trying to reach somebody for the last three days and then her response to that is “well obviously we’re a dealership and we are busy” you don’t get to talk to transporters let alone customers or anybody in that way. Avoid this place as they’re joined to do nothing but rip you off or give you lip service and then bend you over afterwards.

  Parts department was honest. Service department was a nightmare!! My radio went out on my 2007 Volvo. I called Bellevue Volvo parts and they said the radio is no longer available; you might be able to get a used one but it might need to be programmed to the car. I appreciate the honest information! I got a used radio and it powered up but did not show any radio options. I called Service and they said they could program it even though the radio was discontinued. I asked if I would be charged if they could not program it. They said they would not charge me. So I brought the car and handed over the keys. A few hours later I was informed that they tried to program the radio twice but the radio would not work (same symptoms). They charged me $350 and said they reduced the labor costs because the dealership purchased the reprogramming software twice. I told them the charge was excessive and was willing to pay half the bill. They would not reduce the charge. It cost me $350 to get no value except the knowledge that the Service department is a rip off.
