  These two and their team were very patient with me and my car. My old 2001 corolla had a dead battery that I needed to take care of after my oil change. They helped me start it up multiple times. Even though they could've just sold me a battery. They understood that I was gonna go get my battery replaced under warranty. Got oil change and fluids topped and taken care of. Thank you

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Bellevue. Thomas, the assistant manager in training, was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. He explained what the car needed, never pushed anything unnecessary, and kept the service moving quickly. You can tell he takes pride in doing things right. I really appreciated the clear communication and smooth process. I will definitely be back

  I had a coupon on my phone which expired tomorrow. I mentioned it right after I paid and I was told it could not be used after the transaction. It would have been helpful to have been asked if I had any coupons, to refresh my memory after a long day at work. I chose to come this evening because of the coupon date. I will still return and was happy with my service, but it seems I could have been given back a $10 refund. I use this car minimally for work, and only change my oil twice a year. All staff were exceptionally nice and professional, other than this coupon issue.

  I recently had an oil change at Valvoline ' on February 17, 2026. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and the whole process took about 30 minutes, which was faster than other places I've been to. The price was also very reasonable, and there were no hidden fees. I appreciated that they showed me the old oil and filter before putting the new ones in. I'd definitely recommend Valvoline and will be back for my next oil change!"

  I can’t speak highly enough about this location and it has everything to do with the service team! Edgar, Aiden, Miguel, and D’Angelo were friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable at each step of the process, providing me with all of the information that I needed for next steps as well. An extra shout out to Edgar, who, by explaining the importance of some of these different additional procedures, helped me feel comfortable in adding them into my service regiment. Overall, I was able to get multiple things done for my car that really needed to get done all in one place and on a Sunday. A lot of times Sunday is the day off of work that I have the ability to do this and a lot of other places are closed on Sundays. Furthermore, and I know it sounds cliché, it was also fun to watch the team being a well oiled machine, particularly in relation to their communication and efficiency. I will definitely be back specifically to this location for my next top off and fluid changes! Thank you team!
