Today I arrived 10 minutes prior to opening time for this location and was greeted with smiles from Wayne and all of the team as they were having their morning meeting in the service bay. They immediately came out to my car and let me know I was a few minutes early but they were going to get me in right at opening time as they will be finishing their team meeting. I happen to have my windows down and overheard Wayne leading his team in the most professional manner, going over the importance of each and every checklist item they cover to ensure their customers not only get great service but nothing gets missed or overlooked. By the time my service was complete which was rather rapid they had communicated multiple times very clearly what they were doing and their process. I happen to be a trainer for a regional bus service and was highly impressed with the leadership and the implementation of everyone on the team at this Bellevue Valvoline oil change location.
