    Very disappointed with the service. The technician broke my car key with no apology or explanation. They installed a non-OEM windshield with an ugly blue tint that doesn’t match my black car (original had black tint). They also ripped out my neatly installed dash cam wire and didn’t reinstall it. I’m concerned about installation quality as there are visible gaps between the windshield and the frame. GEICO told me Safelite would inspect the windshield before deciding on the fix, but no inspection was done — they immediately chose replacement without asking what type of glass I wanted. Careless work, poor communication, and no attention to detail. Would not recommend.

    Went in to get my 96 Bronco windshield replaced. A technician with a very fitting name, Devin "Cowboy," worked on my Bronco. He went above and beyond by addressing some rust near the windshield frame in addition to installing the windshield. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the install

    My bf realize today that this Safelite has not called him back for a rear mirror they broke and did not replace it as they were supposed to. My bf purchase off market rear mirror for his type r and sadly they told him we will reach out to him when they receive the rear mirror and they have not. Lesson learned Safelite will not keep the word like they said they were. We are hitting 3 months mark no update, no call back, not even a refund for a property damage they did. Yes we called they won’t answer!

    They were a bit behind but it was worth since it was only about a half hour extra in time. Regardless it made my experience so much better. I can't remember my tech for my bronco sport but he was a younger fellow that really helped myself feel a lot more confident / comfortable with an unfortunate situation of my car being broken into. The tech even helped cleaned majority of the glass that went everywhere and gave me information that helped me understand and protect myself / my vehicle / loved ones.

    Scheduled a mobile replacement. Technician never showed up. They wasted 4 hours of my day. Called them multiple times. Impossible to get past the stupid AI assistant. Funny enough, the Bellevue location coordinator gives me a call next day citing the technician called me and I did not pick call. They wanted to reschedule but I cancelled. Stay away. The other reviews are also full of horror stories about botched up work.
