They made it easy to test drive and get the car to my local shop for a pre-purchase inspection. The overall experience was great. Also I had them do some paint protection film on the car before I picked it up and I can say the workmanship was first class.
- DCdavid callanderOct 29, 20251.0This dealer is a liar ,do not do business with them, my car was listed on their website as a one owner vehicle from Spokane, but when my title finally came the last place it was last registered in was Virginia, they lied to me about the delay of the title among other things I will post on my next reviews further note any business that shows all 5 star reviews line this are fake, the link they send you is a bias site that only shows the good reviews I know this from personal experience when I started posting everything my home builder did to us on yelp , they left yelp and now only have a bias review option as well !
- SSSiegfried SchloeglOct 8, 20251.0I purchased a 2017 Dodge Challenger Hell Cat with 28K miles for 49K so out the door for about 56K. I did not haggle on price and paid full asking. On the drive home the service Air bag came on and off. I reported this immediately the same day even took the car back the next day. They looked at it and could not resolve the issue. Ended up taking the car to the Dealer ship and after trouble shooting and waiting for parts and taking the car back twice (3 weeks) finally got it figured out. Cost me $1400. So, I assumed that Park Place would do the right thing since the vehicle had this defect I paid full asking would make this right. I was dead wrong. I was told via voice mail by the salesman the GM Ryan stated "Well he bought a used Car". I was also told he would call me. He has not. So, legally I bought a used car "As is". You got me there. However, just because something is legal does not make it ethical. You guys know you screwed me over. So all your fancy high end cars and show rooms and you do business like a 2 bit hack Used Car salesman. Only saving grace is otherwise the car is awsome. Thanks for tainting what was truly a great and fun experience in to a frustrating, insulting and disrespectful experience. For anyone who reads this, watch your back with these people. When push comes to shove they will NOT do the right thing by their customer.
