I found a few vehicles meeting my needs at several dealerships. Jacob Pellum and Park Place Ltd. in Bellevue, WA was by FAR the most responsive. Jacob was VERY knowledgeable about the Corvette I was looking for and went the extra mile to help me decide on the vehicle remotely. I found the folks at Park Place to be sincere and helpful. Not much more to ask for.

I was considering on purchasing an exotic from Alan at Park Place LTD and he had great communication, very forthcoming on the car and did not seek to blow smoke etc like most car dealers. Transparent and in our interaction was very honest. That saved us a lot of time from having to go back and forth too much. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
Trust the negative reviews of this place. Purchased a supposed certified preowned 2020 Aston Martin DB11 from Park Place LTD (Aston Martin Bellevue) six months ago and had a similar experience as others in terms of poor customer service, dishonest behavior, and poor quality control on their used vehicles. Not a good look for the Aston Martin brand by keeping dealerships like this around despite their financial hurdles. Shop elsewhere and avoid the headaches.

Six months ago I purchased a 2023 Aston Martin Vantage w/ about 7k miles. I purchased it prior to seeing the car as I spent quite a bit of time with Jacob the salesman. We did a couple FaceTime videos, one in which I asked him on a scale of 1 to 10 his opinion about road rash, etc.etc. He said 9.5 and I asked him to specifically show me any flaws chips, detail issues in the vehicles interior and exterior and he presumably did so except now that I know where the damaged area is you can clearly see where he lifted the camera when he got to that fender location. The day after I drove the car home here to Lake Oswego, Oregon the vehicle would not start and the airbag fault and the convertible top fault light came on. The vehicle immediately went back to Park Place and spent 31 days before he was returned to me repaired. Soon after I discovered a gap in discrepancy between the hood and the right front fender, and after close review, it was obvious that this vehicle had been damaged. I took it to three body shops and those estimates were between 16,000 and $22,000 for repair. The vehicle had a clean Carfax report, but we all know how often that doesn’t work! Fortunately, The promotion picture (in their showroom) that actually caught my attention was clear that after zooming in could clearly identify the gap discrepancy and the terrible paint work covering it. At that point, the car had approximately 190 miles on it, which was the miles it took to get it to my home from Park Place. I requested a full refund immediately and they denied my request. I hired legal council to submit a demand letter and they did not respond. My attorney submitted an additional final demand letter before taking them to trial and they had their attorney respond with zero result. Speaking with many car dealers and friends in the business, my understanding is that is not unusual for them, and I would highly recommend reading this carefully before the purchase of any vehicle from them!
Very poor experience.
I took my Benz to Mercedes Garage. I was charged $3000.Still had the same problem. Then they said it will cost over $8000 to fix it. I will not do business with Park Place LTD. or Mercedes Garage anymore. A few years back, they used to be good. They no longer have the knowledge or expertise, and it will cost you. Take your car to a dealership. Yes, you might pay more, but they will stand behind their work. Don't make my mistake. The General Manager didn't assist, though he acknowledged the Service adviser made mistakes. My opinion is that they are dishonest. Financially not sound, so they squeeze every penny they can. Think of it like a wholesale used car dealer. They sell high-end and exotic cars, but their attitude does not reflect that. Charged me $3000 and didn't fix my car. They returned the car with a problem that was actually dangerous to drive. Let this sink in, they don't care. Don't fall for the facade. If the actual owner cares, he can call me. Ryan Vanderwel, the so-called general manager, is a waste of time.
