  Two stars. The service was fast and we didn’t have to wait in line, but that was really the only positive part of the experience. We paid for the Signature Service oil change and expected the checklist of inspections to actually be done. Instead, I watched the employee simply hold down the enter key to mark every item as completed without doing half of them. The air filter was never checked, wiper blades were not looked at, the exterior windshield was not washed, lights were not tested, and tire pressure was not checked. We left feeling like we spent 130 dollars for the bare minimum oil change and none of the extras that are supposed to be included. It was especially frustrating because we would have been open to paying more if someone had taken the time to inspect the vehicle and recommend other needed services like brakes or maintenance items. The whole visit felt rushed and careless, and it did not give us any confidence in the quality of the work. Very disappointing experience.

  Second oil change visit on 01/21/2026 for my wife’s car. The very next day, the plastic engine splash shield fell off while she was driving to an important meeting. The splash shield was secure and had no issues prior to this service. The issue was caused by improperly reinstalled or damaged plastic push-clip fasteners during the oil change. When we raised the concern, we were simply told, “That happens.” Even if the clips were broken during removal, that is not a serious problem — new push-clips can be installed in seconds. However, nothing was replaced and nothing was communicated to us, and the vehicle was returned in an unsafe condition. These clips were replaced in August of last year and were not old. In five years of owning this vehicle, we never had a single clip break or fall out before this visit. Hearing something scraping against the asphalt while driving is unacceptable. As a result, my wife was late to an important meeting. The issue was fixed for free only because she happened to be close to the same location. This reflects a lack of professionalism even in basic work. We will not return and do not recommend this location.

  Caring team here in Factoria helped me get just the right care for an old car recently purchased. I went in panicked that the oil on the dipstick was actually black. An oil change and engine flush later, it was like driving a brand new car. Team lead Jose was understanding and kind about the status this car came in with, and supportive in also helping me stay on budget. I loved that they were able to pull up previous history on this car that I didn't have access to, and help me get a better maintenance routine established for a car of this age than it had been on previously. Jose, thank you so much for your kindness. You all were amazing, and I am beyond appreciative that you were willing to help me so close to closing time. Thank you!

  Jose made the experience exceptional! Called a few days before my appointment and was told 3 to 4 hours and was also quoted an estimate. When I brought my car in the new estimate was a little higher than the original. Jose said he would honnor the first estimate and the work was done in about 2 hours. Car runs great and I think I just found my new go to place to have work done on my cars (not just for the oil changes). Thanks, Jose!
