Rather than turn me away Collin S. stepped up and found a solution. He was able to find tires about 30 miles away and sent one of his guys to pick them up. They installed them within a reasonable amount of time as I waited. Super impressed with he and his team. He deserves a raise. He was articulate and professional professional got me out of there with a smile.

While inspecting the car, Collin noticed that our tires had uneven wear and might need replacement. Instead of just mentioning it, he went the extra mile to coordinate with Carmax so that the tire replacement was also covered. That kind of initiative and care is rare to find these days. Thanks to them, the car now drives beautifully and feels completely safe. We’re truly grateful for their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right.
