- JHJian He5 days ago1.0Change oil last year, they use one kind of oil. This year, they said last year they made a mistake, Audi Can only use champion oil. I reject, they said they cannot use other oil. What a joke. Then last year you provided wrong oil to me, and should provide compensation??? I give up goodyear This time. I never heard/find Audi q5 can only use Champion oil! They just want to charge more.

Rather than turn me away Collin S. stepped up and found a solution. He was able to find tires about 30 miles away and sent one of his guys to pick them up. They installed them within a reasonable amount of time as I waited. Super impressed with he and his team. He deserves a raise. He was articulate and professional professional got me out of there with a smile.
