My car was stolen and I had such a hard time renting from this place that I walked out and have just taken the bus. It was obvious that they were just earning paychecks. This includes the manager. I have never been so disappointed in a business in my life. Find somewhere else to rent your car. This place isn’t worth your time or the trouble.

I have presented the text message with my manager regarding this trip but they insisted to see a so-called working order which I never heard such a thing in my company. Later on I have to rent the car with almost triple price since I didn’t really have more time to argue with them.
