  I don't have an issue with the staff at this location. Everyone was helpful and polite. The problem I do have is that it's getting WAY TOO EXPENIVE to rent cars here. I also feel like their prices are misleading. I opted for the "You click, we pick" on the Enterprise app thinking there would be a variety of different vehicle types to select from like other rental agencies do. The agent explained that all they do is pick the cheapest vehicle possible that they can't rent out any other way. If that's the case, why create the illusion that there is any choice in the matter? Just so I could get a car I could physically fit my 6'2" self in, I was charged to " upgrade" to a Toyota Corolla. Wound up being charged over $400 for that tin can because I got the damage waiver with it. This is frustrating because I paid less for a premium 3-row SUV six months ago using the same agency. If this is the new normal, I'll be renting from Turo in the future. I priced out a BMW SUV for about $100 less.

  This place made me wonder if they even teach young people customer service. Theirs was non existent. My car was stolen and I had such a hard time renting from this place that I walked out and have just taken the bus. It was obvious that they were just earning paychecks. This includes the manager. I have never been so disappointed in a business in my life. Find somewhere else to rent your car. This place isn’t worth your time or the trouble.

  The service is extremely awful and rude, they asked me to provide a working order for my business trip and rental. I have presented the text message with my manager regarding this trip but they insisted to see a so-called working order which I never heard such a thing in my company. Later on I have to rent the car with almost triple price since I didn’t really have more time to argue with them.
