    Misleading, the csr told that my insurance will reimburse for the rental but they just gave incorrect information. Besides that, I used the toll pass and the toll agency charged me only $1 for the toll, but they (Enterprise) charged me an additional Service charge $4.95. What is a ripped-off. 👎

    Overall, a very good experience. My car rental was a little over a month. The staff was great-friendly, patient, and helpful. They realized I'd lost my phone in the car and tried to track me down before I realized it was gone. Pick up and drop off at a local body shop was helpful too. My only concern was underinflated tires on pick up. I certainly would use this company again.
