  I always rent from Enterprise. I haven’t rented from anyone else in over 20 years because the Enterprise experience is exactly what you would want from a customer standpoint. There are tons of locations to choose from in and out of the airport area so there’s always one nearby. And they will come pick you up at your location to bring you back to rent your car. As far as I know, no one else does that. The cars are always new, clean and fuel efficient. The check-in process can be done on the app so it makes it very simple and you’re only in the office for a few minutes. Sometimes I wish I was there longer because the staff is always so friendly. Another thing I like about Enterprise is that they let you use a debit card. Not all of us have credit cards. (I don’t use them) so renting with my bank debit card is a must. There are also some locations that will take a cash deposit. So needless to say, Enterprise is willing to work WITH you, not against you. They also don’t take a giant deposit off of your card. Some of the other rental car companies charge your card for up to three times the value of the rental, leaving you with nothing to spend on your vacation. Enterprise takes a modest amount (usually about $200.) so you can still enjoy activities with your family and you don’t have the amount of a home mortgage tied up on your card throughout your vacation. Once you are ready to return the car, the process is swift and painless. There was even one time when my card declined and they let me put a partial payment towards the car and pay the rest of it by 9 AM the next morning. The bottom line is that with Enterprise, they want you to be able to actually ENJOY your vacation And not have the rental car process be a hindrance. They do a lot of things that the other companies don’t do and they are all designed to make your Vacation more possible. Basically, whatever the annoying things that the other rental car companies do, Enterprise has decided not to do those things and to do the exact opposite. That’s the one thing that sets them apart. You don’t have to be approved for a home loan in order to rent a car from them and they put the deposit money right back on your card when you check back in, not make you wait a week for the money to show back up. If you need to keep the car for extra time, most times they will even let you tap into the deposit money to pay for it, so you don’t have money tied up and are trying to scrape together the money for that extra unforeseen event. They have pretty much the best rates around and very affordable perks. I’d say Enterprise is everything you would ever want in a rental car company. I wouldn’t rent from anyone else.
