She was so professional and patient, and explained everything so clearly that I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Dealing with insurance and car repairs is stressful but she made everything smooth and easy. Even when I returned the car she personally called to follow up and ask if there was anything they could have done better. The level of care and attention from Mera and this Enterprise location really stood out to me. Thank you Mera!!!
