  Brought in my car today and worked with Sundance S. as my advisor and he was great, no bs, no upsell, no nonsense. He suggested a couple of additional services that I knew I needed from my last visit and even better he reminded me of the additional savings benefits from my coupon saving me money that I didn’t expect. Lastly, was a 2hr estimate for the work, I was out in just shy of 90min. Good guy, I always get great service from this dealership. (And I’m someone who usually never trusts dealerships!) Recommend!

  Bellevue Nissan is my go-to place for maintenance on my car. They’ve done a great job at making the process feel smooth and efficient. They have a nice lobby with wifi, snacks, and coffee while you wait and they keep you informed with inspection results sent directly to your phone. At my recent appointment, Sundance was especially helpful in answering all questions in an honest and professional way. The great customer service keeps me coming back!

The dealership was clean, organized, and efficient, and the team did a great job keeping me updated at every step. I left feeling confident that I got taken care of and that they actually cared about doing things the right way.   I had an AMAZING experience buying my car! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming, but Douglas truly stood out. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m so happy with my purchase and highly recommend this dealership, definitely ask for Douglas!!!
