I was also clueless the type I needed to replace them. Andrew was so helpful and courtesy and also took the time to installed them on my car. AutoZone certainly has a valuable employee.

The first time, I came after 7 PM when it was still light outside, and the staff helped me replace the bulbs without any issue. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I arrived around 6 PM and even took a photo to show that it was still daylight — I made sure to come at a time when the headlight replacement service should be available. The employee told me he was the only one in the store, but then I saw his manager walking around with nothing urgent to do. Instead of helping, they started listing reasons why they couldn’t replace the bulb. After a long back-and-forth and only when I pushed back on their excuses, the employee finally offered to do it — but by that point, I was already too uncomfortable to continue the conversation, let alone go outside with him to my car. I found their attitude rude and dismissive. It felt like they simply didn’t want to provide the service they advertise. This experience ruined my mood, and I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location again.
