I got nervous something bigger was happening and my auto shop was closed. I drove to Jiffy Lube and Ken assured me they would check everything and let me know if any next steps were needed. He got a couple guys to look at everything in about 3 mins. They found the problem immediately and tested everything to make sure nothing else was wrong. Even though it wasn’t their mistake, they got me fixed up in minutes and no charge. I will be bringing my cars there from now on. Shout out to Ken. He was great!
