I also had a funny smell from my engine which I thought was from a recent oil change. It wasnt. It was the differential. I had never changed it and from what I know now, I was 30K plus overdue. I didn't even bring the right replacement bulbs, but they changed them out for me. They took the extra step of replacing all the rear brake and running bulbs because they all are old and would be going out soon. My safety was their biggest concern. As a senior, I am wary of car places. This shop helped me make my car safer and the price was so reasonable. My car drives better!! And I feel safer. Thank you, Jiffy Lube!!!
- BHBillie HardOct 17, 20251.0I entered my vehicle, 2023 Audi Q5 on their website for the cost of an oil change. It said the cost was $114. I went in gave them my card for the oil change and they didn't give it back or the receipt until after the service was completed. Also, the receipt had scribbles for the signature and not by me. They charged me $235 for just an oil change. When I asked why, I was given the runaround about their Pensoil Synthetic not meeting manufacturer specifications and I would void my warranty, so they had to use a different oil. They also put my mileage down wrong, said my wiper blades, battery, and air filter were bad "isn't true" and said they reset my oil light "they didnt". This location is a complete scam. Stay away. I am sending my receipt and recording i had today with their manager to the Washington State Attorney Generals office.
