I thought she had gone to the Battle Ground location, so I went there to express my frustration. Kevin went out of his way to make it right even though the service was done at another location. That is how you retain customers. Well done.

And they did all the 16-point vehicle check along with the oil change and filter. And when I said I just wanted a basic oil change and filter, they didn't try to upsell me which is a huge plus. Definitely will return.
