  It is so hard to find a mechanic that truly puts their customers first. That’s why, even though I live in Portland, I’ll drive all the way out to Battle Ground for their service. My check engine light came on and my car was making some unusual rumblings, so I brought it in. Without even having made an appointment, Camden and Chad helped me out immediately and the team was friendly, speedy, and super supportive. They made it their mission to get to the bottom of what was going on and to get me the lowest possible price. The team even showed me exactly what they were doing and why every step along the way. They did multiple tests to make sure everything was fixed with my transmission and made sure I felt good about the work being done. They also noticed my tires were pretty worn and gave me an AWESOME deal on new ones, so I got some of those put on, and STILL spent less than I had planned to in the first place! If you need tires, or anything for your car at all, you’ve found the spot. These guys are freaking life savers, and you can trust them with your first born child. Never going anywhere else.

  Our favorite trusted shop ! I appreciate that I can drive in anytime and get my car serviced either air in a tire on my way to work or an oil change tire repair I've come here for years and years . They take time to listen and take proper care of us making me feel safe on the road . Thanks Dicks Crew ! Our family appreciates you .

  Review This is the worst place I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I brought my diesel truck here in November for an oil change, rear, differential service, and a transfer case service. They botched all three! They put over three extra quarts of oil in my truck, and didn’t tighten the screws for both services! They blew out my rear seal, caused engine damage, and most of the fluid for the rear diff and transfer case sloshed out while I drove it unaware for 500 miles. I had the truck checked out as soon as my engine started making noise and my truck started losing power. I went in to speak with the manager, showed him pictures of my oil stick having three extra quarts of oil in it, and the underside of my truck being drenched in fluids. He said he was going to look at the videos and get back to me. He never told me what the videos showed, but I can tell you they showed his mechanics putting over 3 extra quarts of extra oil in my truck and not checking their work. He proceeded to tell me that these types of issues usually get resolved in court, and that there was no way they were responsible for the damage done to my truck. I had my truck towed to a diesel mechanic and contacted them again. They would not allow me to speak to the owners, and they would not give me their insurance information. The same manager continue to gaslight me and insinuate that I was lying, even after he supposedly checked his own video and saw that I was telling him the truth. I ended up paying for $1535 of damages out of my pocket instead of arguing and fighting with a dishonest company. This place used to be legit, I’ve been going to them for years. After this issue, I found out that many people have had similar issues, and that explains why they don’t have anyone in their service bay anymore. I would highly suggest not even getting a car wash at this place let alone having them look at your vehicle. Now that I’ve checked the other reviews, I cringe at their responses because I know that they are gaslighting and lying to their other customers as well after causing major damage. – They are a very dishonest company. – They do not stand behind their workmanship or product. -They are incompetent to an astounding degree. -RUN

  Every single experience with this shop and staff, has been phenomenal. I was stopped at a red light right in front of their shop last year when my car died unexpectedly. It wouldn't restart. I rolled down my windows and yelled to the guys working their that my car just died...I needed help! Several guys came running and pushed my car into their parking lot. Within 10 minutes, they had reset my car and had me on my way. They were so kind and didn't charge me anything. Talk about saving the day!! Then, this week I went to them for an oil change. They discovered that the nut was over tightened and stripped by the last place that changed my oil (Grease Monkey in Battleground). The nut basically just fell off as they loosened it. Its supposed to be tightened using a very specific tool to measure torque- that was not done. Not only did they fix my car within a few hours, but they drove my daughter and I home and helped us by contacting Grease Monkey...although Grease Monkey denied their obvious mistake to my husband, they admitted cutting corners to the manager at Dicks. We have documentation and we are taking Grease Monkey to court. Everyone at Dicks was professional, caring and made sure the repair was done exactly right. I would recommend this business to anyone. They are trustworthy, hard working, caring and helpful. What an amazing place with exceptional people working there. Our family won't go anywhere else. Thank you all so much for your kindness and outstanding work ethic.
