The QR code system they have to help find the correct wipers was extremely helpful and made the process easy. After purchasing, I asked an associate, Thomas S., if he could help me out, and he immediately said yes. He was excellent — answered all my questions and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. It’s refreshing to see that great customer service is not dead in 2026. Thomas deserves a high five. If more retailers truly understood the value of customer service, things would be different. I could have bought these online, but experiences like this are why I will continue going to this store for my car needs. Great job, Thomas!
