    WOW!!! A few weeks ago my friend and I were on a very long road trip from Montana to Southern California via the Pacific coast. On our first night we hit a huge storm and realized we needed windshield wipers. It was late so we had to wait. A very scary night!! The next morning we went to AutoZone in Battle Ground, WA. Used the search tool but the vehicle we had was really old. I asked one of the sales people for help. He looked it up and told me what to purchase. Went out to the parking lot to install, but the connection wasn't correct and it started to rain again. I went back into the store and that is when I met Rebekah. She went out to the parking lot to see if she could assist us. She quickly ascertained that we had the wrong blades. She did some research of her own to ensure we had the correct ones. She processed the refund and then came back out into the rain and she installed both for us. In the rain!! During times where retail stores are scaling back on personnel, and lowing the quality of service, Rebekah was an example of an organization that still places importance on customer service. Rebekah, My friend and I want to thank you again. You allowed for us to travel safely over a thousand of miles and a lot of it was in the rain. Our entire trip we kept mentioning you and expressed our gratitude for you helping to keep us safe. What you did for us mattered. Great Job AutoZone!!!!

    I came in for a battery check and had the best customer service from Becca. She helped check my battery and cleaned the corroded parts. She was super helpful

    Has got to the the dumbest staff I have ever interacted with. The guy who "helped" was so ignorant he should go work at McDonald's as a janitor. I went in for spark plugs.. told him make model year, trim, engine type, literally everything you would need. And he somehow gave me the wrong set of spark plugs.. I had to go to another location and return and get the right ones. They even said the parts he gave me didn't even come up in the system for the car at all.. The box even said Ford instead of Nissan. And the kicker is the guy "scanned it to double check it was right. Moral of the story is never trust these clowns they don't know anything. Especially at this location. I should have caught it at thrown it back at him. Also he kept trying to sell me 6 for a 4 cylinder.

    Terrible experience. I have never had such an aggressive upsell. I went to get an ac recharge. The man tried to sell me all the equipment to do a full evac, leak test and refill. Now that would not be such bad advice and once I said not he backed off. But I was going to do an evac and wanted to rent the pump from them. The man Daniel S checked the oil level in the pump. It was low because oil had spilled into the case. He then proceeded to refill the oil with a bottle off the shelf. Which was fine - but then shockingly he tried to charge me for the pump oil! An entire container which I would never use at home. I laughed and said no way I'm paying to maintain your rental equipment. He then proceeded to deny me rental of the pump unless I paid for the oil he chose to use to maintain store rental equipment. If it wasn't so rude and appalling it would be hilarious. I'll be sticking with O'Reilly's.

    Was not greeted up on entry although there were 2 females on register and 1 customer or off the clock employee, I was not provided customer service but while waiting in line with now only 1 register open , the previous 2nd employee came back and instead of providing customer service she redirected me from line to the self checkout , not knowing I was a cash customer. I then noticed oil behind the counter and was told it was discounted and they're trying to get rid of it and to ASK next time, employees could use a refresher in customer service basics as I left without even waiting for my change. As a fellow customer service cashier, do better
