I brought my 2017 Toyota Highlander into Tire Nation Point S in Auburn after noticing my brakes didn’t feel right. There was some noise and it just didn’t feel as responsive as before, so I wanted it checked before it turned into something bigger. They did a full brake inspection and showed me exactly what was worn—pads and rotors needed replacement. No guessing. I had them take care of it on the spot. Driving now, the braking feels solid and predictable again, especially in stop-and-go traffic around Auburn. If you’re looking for a brake shop near me that explains things clearly and fixes it right, this is a good place to go.

Hard to find a shop that’s both efficient and easy to deal with, but that’s been my experience at Tire Nation Point S in Auburn. Brought in my Toyota Camry for a set of 4 tires 205/65R16 and they handled mounting, balancing, and a quick alignment check all in one visit. What stood out was how straightforward the process felt—no pressure, just clear options and honest input. The car drives noticeably more stable now, especially at highway speeds. If you’re searching for a tire shop near me in Auburn with people who actually make things simple, this is a solid place to go.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tire Nation Point S in Auburn. I scheduled an appointment for Friday, but upon arrival, I was left standing in the lobby for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. The employee at the front desk made no effort to greet or assist me during that time, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. Communication throughout the visit was also poor. I was not proactively informed about the status of my vehicle and had to call myself just to find out if it was ready. Additionally, no effort was made to offer a solution to the issue I brought in—no repair option or replacement was clearly communicated, which left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. Overall, the level of customer service I experienced does not meet basic expectations. I hope management reviews this situation and takes steps to improve customer communication and professionalism moving forward.

If your ride quality is getting rough, especially over uneven roads, or the car doesn’t feel as stable as it used to, it might not be your tires. Things like worn struts can be common and can mess with both control and tire wear. If you’re dealing with something like that, it’s probably worth getting it checked out properly. I’d recommend stopping by this Auburn shop, they seem to do a good job identifying the actual issue instead of just guessing.

Damaged one tire on my Subaru legacy and thought I could just replace that one. Stopped by Tire Nation Point S in Auburn after searching near me, and they explained how AWD systems require matching tread to avoid drivetrain issues. Ended up installing a full set of 4 with mounting and balancing.Theit warranty program covers all four tires. That is amazing never heard of that. The car feels even and predictable again, especially in the rain. Glad they explained it before I made a bigger mistake
