  Went there to get my car serviced and people there are rude especially the mechanic in the back , very dirty and was using bad language and yelling ! Wont be back … And the kid behind the counter was to busy on his phone…

  I dropped off my kid’s car at Tire Nation Point S in Auburn on October 17th for a quote after an accident. I was told I’d receive the estimate that same evening or the next day but weeks went by with no real progress or communication. Every time I called for an update, I was told by Scott that they were waiting to hear back from a junkyard about a part, and that no one seemed to have it. This same story continued for nearly three weeks, with no concrete updates. Eventually, I started speaking with Blaze, who assured me he would take over and call me back but those calls never came either. Every “I’ll call you later today” turned into me being the one to reach out again a few days later. When Blaze finally sent over a “quote,” the attachment was blank. I replied right away letting him know I couldn’t open it, called to follow up, and still never got a response. That’s when I decided to pick up my car. When I arrived, Scott admitted that their shop had been overwhelmed with Carvana vehicles and that this had caused delays. While I can understand that, it would’ve been much better if they had been upfront about it from the start instead of leaving me waiting and constantly chasing updates for almost three weeks. The very same day I took my car to another shop, they were able to find the part immediately, give me a quote, and schedule the repair for completion within a week. Tire Nation Point S may do good work, but their lack of communication, accountability, and transparency made this a completely frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you have unlimited time to wait and don’t mind being ignored.

  Best price around. I had used another tire company for decades. This company beat them by half with the same warranties and service commitment. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Blaze was pleasant to work with.

  Had an amazing experience getting my tires replaced, sensors repaired, and oil changed. I worked with Blaze, and he was absolutely outstanding! You can tell he truly values customer service and takes pride in his work. He was very informative, educational, and communicated everything clearly and efficiently. I couldn’t be more satisfied and will definitely be coming here moving forward
