If he’d have called and said hey I’m stuck in traffic I’ll be 30 mins late I’d be fine with that too. Again, communication is vital. But he was right on time, walked me thru what he was going to do, and was done doing it in under 2 hours. My man Christopher was friendly and professional, and funny. If every service interaction was like this the world could finally be better, one good experience at a time.

The edge clips appeared to have been snapped of as well and I'm not confident with the final seal for that part of it. The trunk stays dry but it might be leaking into the inside of the lift gate panel. The service took twice as long (~3.5hrs) as their estimate (1.5hrs) causing me to nearly miss a work meeting. On top of this they said they would follow up with replacement parts to fix the trim and took photos etc to document. However it has been over a month with absolutely no follow up. I even called a week after it happened to check in and they still haven't given me a proper update. Horrible execution and no integrity. Would NOT recommend.
