So I went online and put in my VIN as I wanted the correct windshield for this location. I picked the option that matched what options I had. I drop the car off and shortly after getting home I am told they don't have the correct windshield. Apparently using the website VIN feature did nothing to make sure it would be correct. I get further bad news as they have to go the VW to find the correct windshield because they can't even find the right one in their system and they aren't able to get ahold of VW until Monday. So I show back up to pick up the car and reschedule. I get to the office and nobody is at the front desk so I ring the bell like they say. Couple of minutes goes buy so I ring it again. Finally a "Tech" shows up and says they put the old windshield back on and it should be OK. Wait, what do you mean it should be OK. Why didn't you make sure you had the correct windshield before you removed the old one. I would think this is standard practice to make sure you have the correct part. He puts my keys on the desk and says someone will be with me and have more information. So I wait and nobody shows up. After about 5 mins I retrieved my keys from the desk and got out of there. Very poor customer service and installation procedures. Will never go back and suggest you save some grief and use another location or company.
