Zach is the greatest sweetest person there very genuine.

When I talked to him about what was going to happen if they couldn't fix my car, he said: well try to fix it, if we can't, then I'll give you your keys and you can just leave without paying nothing. The next day they send me the quote. I called him so he can explain me why there's 2 different quotes and he gives me an explanation, so, I asked him if in case that I approve the quotes they'll be able to fix my car and he says yes. He said that he was going to call me the next day with updates and he never did. So I called him on Friday and he told me they was having trouble to find the parts but he promised to call by the end of the day and let me know if I could go get my car. He never call. They kept my car the whole weekend. I went on Monday, the car wasn't fixed, he keep saying that he couldn't find the part, and miraculously while I was sitting there, he find one. Now according to him, the first quote wasn't good anymore and he quote me again, this time with the double than the first one, and with a used part. I didn't want that told him that I was going to take my car instead, he charged me half of the first quote plus the diagnostic, almost $800 total. So I had to leave with my car without getting fixed, and without $800 bucks. So I'm still thinking about sue them for fraud.
