Do not trust them and document anything before driving off. Did the same to me as Keelo London below. My insurance is now being charged! Disgusting behavior.

Pointed out some dents, and was told to not worry about them because everything was already documented. Long story short, I’m being charged for those same dents I pointed out. Make sure you’re taking pictures of the car you rent before you take it for your own documentation. These folks are robbing people of their hard earned money I tell you.
