- GUGoogle User3 days ago5.0Wasn’t too happy with the car it’s self, nothing particularly wrong with it other than cosmetic stuff, it just wasn’t my personal car so I guess that’s why. I was just happy to have wheels while my car got worked on. This review reflects the service I received, not the car it’s self. The service was excellent and seemed above and beyond. My personal car was across the street for repairs for a few weeks. Enterprise brought me a car and made the whole process very quick and painless. And because this location worked with the shop across the street, all I had to do was leave the cars and keys with the body shop and enterprise came to pick it up. Overall was happy with the service.

Now one of the store employees called me one day before my scheduled pick up and informed me that they would not have the car I ordered. One day notice was not enough time to find the car I wanted somewhere else, so I had to take the car from enterprise. Not what I ordered or even close. This would not make me so upset but this has happened to me more than one time a couple of times now. Both cars were reserved over a week in advance. If you cannot get the car I ordered why even advertise it. And then to give one day notice is not the time needed to find another car. Then the car I received both times were not even equal to the car I reserved.
