I recently brought my 2016 Mercedes Benz E400 into Auburn Foreign & Domestic Auto Repair and had the pleasure of working with Jared. From the first conversation, he was respectful, fair, and honest about everything. He got me in the very next day and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I grew up with my father, who owned a local auto shop in West Seattle for over 20 years before he passed. Walking into this shop gave me that same feeling I grew up around, straightforward communication, integrity, and genuine customer care. That meant more to me than I can explain.
The quality of service was great, but the interaction and how they treat their customers is what really stood out. That alone will keep me a lifelong customer.
Thanks again, guys I truly appreciate it.
After I removed and re-installed the passenger seat of my 2020 Audi A6, the airbag light remained on. My code reader wouldn't clear it, so I brought it in. WOW, what great service!!! 1st time using Auburn F & D, but it surely will not be my last. HIGHLY recommend this shop, stay away from the dealerships!!!!

Great Customer Service! Good place to take your car!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jared and his team are absolutely outstanding! Their knowledge, communication, and skill are second to none, and they went above and beyond to help me and my son. We own a 1997 VW TDI Jetta with 353,000 miles at it seemed to be losing power—we were convinced it had to be a turbo failure. Instead of just “throwing parts at it,” Jared carefully diagnosed the real issue: EXTREME carbon build‑up in the EGR cooler and exhaust manifold. After hours of meticulous, hands‑on cleaning, the car now runs stronger than ever—truly like a whole new machine.
What impressed me most was their honesty and dedication to solving the problem the right way. This kind of integrity is rare, and it’s why I highly recommend this business to anyone. Thank you, Jared, for helping my son and me in so many ways. Even my mom trusts them with her BMW!

I been the Auto Business for over Thirty plus years. I also operated a Business in Auburn over half that time. I used this company several times in the last Fifteen years and always thought I was being very fairly until I brought my wife’s Mercedes in. So I brought in my wife’s Mercedes. It was in limp mode and had Garret check it out for me. He came back saying it needed a K 40 module plus programming and also had a O2 sensor that was out. He quoted me 2$550 for the module and additional $550 for the O2 sensor. I thought about it and I decided to call Larson Mercedes. They quoted me 1$450. To do the module. They told me that would be the first step besides the O2 sensor cause it could go hand-in-hand. I called up and spoke to Garret and asked him if there is any discount off the price he lowered the price down to $2000 plus doing the O2 sensor That was a red flag. I’ve never heard of shops ever Loren the price on anything in my lifetime I decided to go pick it up from there because if a shop lawyers are priced $500 and you call an actual Mercedes store and they’re even $500 less. What does that tell you so I found the part online for $225. I took it to Auburn Drivtrain up the street and they put it in for $200 and now my wife has her Mercedes back and it runs terrifically. Be careful in the future the way you do business and who you’re doing business with not everybody as smart as I am in this business to get over on. Shame on you if you want all the proof of this statement I can prove everything on here that is totally true
