I went in for some new wiper blades and a man named Keith helped me at checkout. As he was scanning my wiper blades he said “You should get these glass cleaning wipes to use before you install the wiper blades” and before I could even say yes or no to the product he recommended, he scanned them thinking I wouldn’t notice! Totally scummy!! I will be going to O’Reilley or NAPA from now on. If you shop here, do not let Keith help you!!

I've been an AZ customer for around 20 years or so. I don't buy from them because they have the best parts, the highest quality or even the best price; I buy from them because they stand behind their products within reason. I have had the opportunity to get to know some of the staff in the last 20 years and unfortunately had to call the district manager (who's name and number is on the door) for actual racism from employees, and under direction from another store manager, and Travis made the situation right immediately. For the last few years, I have been in this stores area, and I've seen Keith get excited by helping people who don't speak English all that well, for him it's a challenge to go the extra mile from what I've seen. I've also seen him be direct with a customer who felt they should be able to abuse things and still claim defect and he never raised his voice, never got snippy at all; the man is always positive and wants to do what's right. I can also tell you that the store is staffed by people with more experience and degrees than most auto parts stores. The two women who work there are highly qualified, one has a degree in body work, and the other has done more auto repair than most of the other employees combined. The people who leave bad reviews with false claims are the people who walk right past them simply because of their gender. This store employes vets and minorities. While most companies use inclusion as means to look better, AZ is not one of them, especially at this store and in this region. So this review is because of recent reviews and Keiths example of doing the right thing; I can tell you at a company level, a district level and a store level, that they do not allow racism or abusive behavior and any review claiming is simply a petty person who's upset they can't 4x4 with a value craft driveline over and over again or some other petty scenario that I've witness multiple times over the years. If you do find anyone racist, call Keith, Travis, or Carlos, you can snap a pic of their numbers by the door, and they will make it right. If you think I'm an employee, I am not, I am only a customer that can't stand people who cry wolf and have been reminded by Keiths actual actions, that if I want a better world, I need to be the better.

I been always going to this store since 2015 and i love it but from like 2 years to now there is been this new manager called Keith S, i notice he racially profile people he is really racist, he doesn't try to show out but you will notice how he treats indians, mexicans, and black people different. And i mean even if i want to report it, to who should I report him ? Hes manager of store, thats why i posted here hopping someone does something!!!
