  I recently had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. After landing with two huge bags, a purse, and a backpack, I was greeted by Mohamed Said at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, sweet, and eager to help, assisting me with my bags and guiding me to my beautiful rental car. When I reached the exit gate, there were a couple of hiccups, but Ramla stepped in promptly. She was patient and thorough, answering all my questions, and even called Mitch for support. Together, they resolved the issue in about 20 minutes, ensuring I was on my way with top-notch service. Later, in Anacortes, I dealt with Will, who was amazing. He reviewed my notes, credited my card $80, and explained the process for returning the car and renting again. His kindness and attention to detail made the process seamless, especially considering a less favorable experience I had with Enterprise in Anacortes back in March. A huge shoutout to Mohamed, Ramla, Mitch, and Will for going above and beyond. Their outstanding customer service has restored my faith in Enterprise. Great job, great company, and great employees!

  I rented a car from Anacortes Enterprise. We came by ferry and the boat was late so we arrived 40 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. No one was there, there was no note and then when they arrived they said because we were late and they had given the car away and didn’t have another one. They did not even apologize. Unbelievable.

  I have been renting from Enterprise for 40 years, and would never rent a car from another company.

  They tell you it’s safe to park your car on commercial… but if there is an event, Anacortes will tow your car. Granted the police did called at 2 am call for a 6am tow…. And you’re not coming back till Monday add an extra 1 thousand onto your trip. I will say no thank you, to your response. You/Your employees know exactly what I’m talking about and I fully understand after speaking with the police and the towing company that you know you are/have misdirected numerous persons to park in an area that will result in getting towed. Additionally, you also know that you are not legally callable in the event of towing and the only recompense a consumer has is to file and follow through with a compliant against the police department. Educate your employees and/or provide safe parking.
