I travelled to 6 hours to Plattsburgh for a fishing tournament and had a part go out on my motor in practice. When nobody else would even consider helping me, Jim picked up the phone and said we can overnight the part and install it the next day. Even though they had a full schedule they squeezed me in just to save my weekend and tournament. I can’t thank you guys enough. (I also almost won the tournament and came in 2nd place.) Jim and the team thank you so much. It honestly meant so much to us. THE BEST.
