Technician called and told me he was on his way which is great. Now the two star part. First window installed lasted 1.5 months. Then broke again. Safelite is not going to warranty it. Technician broke both hinge caps said I have to buy them. Installed wiper blade backwards when I turned on vehicle wiper came on went into the spare tire and broke. Wires were left hanging. Broken glass was still everywhere including my garage floor. Installed wrong window. Didn't clean the window. Now I am waiting to hear back from Safelite. I cannot use back hatch. I know your short handed but we all are.
