  I brought my 2009 Subaru in for a safety inspection. They never did the safety inspection! They were very kind though, about giving me the original quote for a wiper repair from a mechanic who left abruptly. The actual price of my windshield wiper repair was much higher than his quote. The service advisors were very friendly and helped make a brake repair more affordable. The work they did on my car so far was good. I just was floored when I had gotten the word about exactly what was needed to pass inspection from 2 people and then it changed! Since the original state inspection mechanic left, they had to reinspect it a 2nd time. All I wanted was to have my car safety inspected from the 2nd mechanic. They would not inspect it again and gave me my money back. I was paying my repairs a huge part independently but was getting a part of the payment helped by a 3rd party. They told the 3rd party the car wasn't worth fixing and there could be a head gasket problem. They never inspected the car that 2nd time to officially warrant that comment! Needless to say, the 3rd party wouldn't help with the car that wasn't worth fixing. They never said a word of this to me. It would have been nice if they had just inspected the car like I asked them to. I did need to pay the repair up front and was willing to do that yet they wouldn't give me the chance. I felt like when a 3rd party came ,in, it was used against me. I had to get my car off the lot by a certain date. It seemed wrong how I was treated. Needless to say, I will have to take my business elsewhere and my money. Aside from that, the customer service was excellent, the wiper repair was taken care of, and the mechanic there was helpful in educating me on my car repairs. I did appreciate that.
