A few years ago I went here and after the oil change I found that they spilled oil ALL OVER the engine block and into the hood of the car. I couldn't drive the car with the windows up for month because the smell of burning oil was so bad. Called management, they didn't do anything, said "Yeah that happens sometimes." :/ Then I went back, was looking to give them a second chance. They rifled through my glove compartment to take out my air filter even though I asked them not to (clearly trying to upcharge me on another service) and now my glove compartment is broken and won't close. Strong avoid
- MTM tMar 26, 20261.0Tech overfilled oil by double - truck was only supposed to have 6 but they put 12 in it. After calling the dealership because it didn’t sound right, we told them that they needed to remove 6 quarts of oil. They still charged for 12 and won’t refund the money for their mistake. We reached out to cooperate last week and still haven’t heard back, called the store today and even though they admit the mistake, say it’s not up to them to issue a refund. Very bad business, wouldn’t recommend!
