I had my winter tires bolted on recently when getting ready for winter. Unfortunately the front drivers tire bolts came loose soon after getting my car back. I started hearing a low vibration noise driving home. It gradually got louder and more pronounced when running some errands the next day. It got to the point where it was thumping and I aborted my errands, then aborted even trying to get home, leaving the car in a nearby parking lot. My personal mechanic suggested checking the bolts. My husband was able to tighten them first with just his fingers and then with the proper tire wrench. I had called Tire Warehouse when first became aware of this and talked to a remote person, but to this date haven't gotten a call back. The local store manager was very personable during my appointment but they were stressed as corporate had overbooked them. Customers with appointments after mine were being turned away. It made me not comfortable returning to have them fix this problem. I will be rethinking using Tire Warehouse for my tire changing. I gave this 3 stars as the local service was pleasant but corporate overbooking caused the local shop to be very stressed and overworked.

Horrible experience. Terrible customer service at the store and in trying to deal with Corporate too, they might have been even worse. I called my local store (South Burlington VT) on 11/4 and made a 5pm appointment for 11/18. I got there slightly before 5pm and was told they couldn't get to my car because there were other cars ahead of me that needed to be done. Why have appointments then?!? They offered to rebook me on the day after Thanksgiving. The next nearest place, a competitor, had an appointment but not till December 19th. That's the norm to book that far out. I called Corporate for help on 11/18. After telling my experience, the operator put me on a 15 minute hold and tried to call the store to get their "feedback" to close the ticket but the store didn't answer! Then he came back and hung up on me when I said I would stay on hold until he could get this resolved. I called immediately back and got another operator....went through the whole process a second time, and when she came back after the store didn't answer her call either, she told me I'd get a call from Corporate the next day (11/19). Well, it's now 11/21 and no call from Corporate, no resolution from the store and no snow tires on my car. So here I am, the 15th person standing outside in 30 degrees, having to take hours away from my job and having to miss my kids school event, as I wait at another store that does 1st come/1st serve to do what should have been done 3 days ago during my appointment at Tire Warehouse in South Burlington VT. Oh, and all of this after they lost one of my tires 2 years ago! But I was in a bind, so decided to give this business another chance. Shame on me... You've all been warned. Go somewhere else! Stay away from Tire Warehouse in Shelburne Rd. South Burlington VT.

I got a flat tire today, and went into Tire Warehouse. They were slammed as it's winter tire season, on top of that, they seemed short-staffed. They were friendly and honest. They fit me in at the end of the day and I was so grateful. Do be aware that the corporation outsources their calls overseas– even the "locally-listed" number, and they will make an appointment for you, even if there are no actual appointments.

My own tire change appt went fine, but guy at the desk was absolutely overwhelmed, stating he had about four times as many appts as they could handle and the service that now makes the appts, a 1-800 number, does not communicate or care. Appears there is no real management or terrible management, and agree with the desk guy that they were absolutely overwhelmed and that should not be the case! Had a similar experience last time I went there and my scheduled appt was not even honored.

I scheduled an appointment on line. I received an email confirmation of my appointment. I showed up for the appointment, and the agent at the front desk did not have me on the schedule. I showed him confirmation of my appointment, including that it was the correct date, correct store, and correct time. He said “I don’t always get those confirmation texts or emails”, and they did not fit me in. Didn’t even acknowledge that it was their problem. The appointment was scheduled on their website. Now they are full for weeks, as are all the local tire shops, because we had our first snow. I’m out of luck.
