Guys were great. Didn’t automatically go for the most expensive option (a new tire) but instead were able to patch the one I had.

My battery was replaced and they left the cover off a part of the engine under the hood . I noticed it days later when I went to fill up the washer fluid. They didn’t even call me to put it back on . And now I’m out of the state. This was the Burlington Vermont location.

This place is an absolute mess! I waited almost an hr last week just to be told they couldn’t help me. I needed my tires retorcked like I was told to do from them! I understand that it gets busy but when I’m waiting and watching them ignore other customers, while their phones are ringing non stop and watching the employees completely ignore everyone, it was very irritating. The new manager Jordan was talking about firing the previous manager who I happened to really like, in front of customers. It was unprofessional and he was more focused on talking poorly about a previous employee than doing his job as the phones continued to ring and we all continued to wait. I’ve been a customer with this company since 2020 but the service now is nothing like it used to be. The acting manager was rude and talked to me like I was stupid. He was snarky and I will not be going back. It’s a damn shame to see how far downhill this company has gone in just one years time. They need their old employees back!

My husband and I were loyal customers of Tire Warehouse for over three years, largely because of the previous manager, Corey. He was professional, knowledgeable, and treated customers with respect, which is why I referred many Town of Shelburne employees (where I’ve worked for 19 years) to this location.
Since Corey was let go, the service has declined significantly. The new management has been rude and unprofessional, and the overall customer experience is no longer what it once was. I’m very disappointed in the direction this business has taken.
