Talk about terrible treatment. Will never recommend this place and I am going to call the corporate about this because this place was shady and terrible in every way.

Despite receiving multiple text and email confirmations, the shop was so overbooked upon arrival that they were unable to provide service. I recommend making appointments in person at the counter to avoid this issue.

I don’t care about waiting my turn when a shop is busy but not saying, “Hello.” or better, “I’ll be with you as soon as I can take care of these customers. Sorry for the delay.” Almost anything is better than ignoring a customer. I told the person that no one returned my two messages. He said, “Sorry we are short staffed.” I said I wanted to preorder snow tires for my other vehicle and not calling me back had at least delayed a sale. In the end it cost you the sale. I said, “Let’s get the snow tires on my Mercedes (which I bought from you last year) and we’ll figure out the tire purchase next.” He checked me in and then moved onto the next customer. I thought, “I guess Tire Rack isn’t interested in my business. The entire interaction with your company was a zero but I was forced to select one star. I definitely won’t do business with any store associated with Monroe unless I have no other choice. I’m purchasing snow tires today from a competitor.
