She asked for the reservation name and before I could even answer, she cut me off saying, “actually it doesn’t even matter. I don’t have any cars”. I was left stranded with no other options, and she could not care less. To make matters worse, they charged me a no show fee. I called and the agent seemed to be a bot and refused to refund the fee. Asked to speak with a manager, and they hung up on me. So disappointing, especially with how much money my company spends with National.
