- HHhowlindawgs6 days ago5.0I had to leave my car at the repair shop in South Burlington and they brought the rental car directly to the repair shop! I had to leave my car overnight because I was working second shift, and Enterprise made it *so* much less stressful! The next day I just brought the rental car back and picked up my car because they had an after hours drop box at the shop. Very convenient and helpful. The one issue I had was that online the website wouldn’t let me put that I had returned the car(it was a Saturday and the place was closed) I had to leave a message on the voicemail, but fortunately did not incur a late fee.

My reservation was confirmed and I was told the vehicle would be available in the morning only for it to not be available. The reservation is an answering system and the folks confirming apparently don’t actually know what’s going to be available. I didn’t even attempt to make other plans because of the confidence of the reservation, had I known it was only a POSSIBILITY I may have tried to make other plans in the meantime, just in case. Poor reflection of this company and the reservation system.
