While renting a vehicle for a family emergency in September 2025, thieves cut the catalytic converter out of my partner’s Subaru Baja in their parking lot. The manager’s response? “This is a known problem” followed by a dismissive attitude and zero support. Enterprise continues to invite customers to leave vehicles in what their own staff admits is a high-theft area. No warnings. No security improvements. No accountability. After dozens of rentals from this location over the years, I’m shocked at how poorly they handled this. Corporate also ignored multiple follow-up attempts.
