When I got to the airport to rent my car, there was a guy behind the desk who was slower than a snail in getting people their cars! I had about a dozen people in front of me in the line, and for a while, I waited patiently, hoping that there'd be another agent to assist this other agent. After a while, I looked at the other rental car counters, and all the other rental companies had no one in line. So, I took a chance and went to the Enterprise counter, and I was not only able to get my car rental in 5-10 minutes, but I think that this was about the most seamless rental experience I've had in quite a while! I was SO glad that I didn't have to wait in that other line, and as I was walking to get my rental car, the line was still as long as when I'd left it!
