    I had to rent from the Enterprise location at 1116 Shelburne Road in Burlington, VT because the BTV airport was completely out of rentals for the weekend. That meant I had to Uber over to Shelburne Road just to pick up a car. Out of convenience, I asked if I could return the car to the Enterprise counter at BTV when I flew out—but I was told that would cost an extra $50. How does that make any sense? You’re going to charge me $50 more to return the car five miles away to a location that clearly needs vehicles? That’s not just frustrating, it’s completely backwards. A customer flies in, gets told there are no rentals at the airport, Ubers to another location, picks up a car, and then gets hit with a fee to return it to the very place that’s low on inventory? Instead, I had to drive back to Shelburne Road, return the car, and Uber back to the airport for $15. Honestly, this entire experience was inconvenient, unnecessary, and poorly handled. Because of this, I won’t be renting from or recommending Enterprise again. Terrible customer service.
