  TERRIBLE. They gave away all the cars even though we had a reservation and booked in advance. Will never use Alamo again.

  Alamo Rent A Car gets zero stars from me I rent Vehicles all the time they tried to charge me $3.48 worth the fuel at $5.76 a gallon they clearly filled it right up into the filler neck on me that's not only unsafe it's not right I will not pay for this I refuse

  They waited for me!!!! 1:30am plane was delayed and someone was waiting at the counter watching for my delayed flight. Winter time with a kid wondering how I’m gonna deal with getting to Stowe or staying at an airport hotel here. Couldn’t be more thankful.

  Rented a car here yesterday that was not prepped for rental. LOW TIRE pressure light on and windshield was filthy inside and out. Its a stock Mitsubishi Mirage that drives and sounds like it was driven off road, and it drives like an old car with over 100,000 miles on it. If this crap is what they have to offer renters, it shows company failure as to quality and safety for their customers. Dont rent from Alamo.
