She called on way home after 5pm so we looked for a place that may help her on her way home and we're so glad we encountered Mike and staff! They were super quick installing it for her and got her the right wiper for a good price instead of taking advantage of a young lady who isn't familiar with auto parts. Nice that her VERY long 24 hours ended on a high note. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The way customer service SHOULD be :-)

Unbelievably friendly, just as knowledgeable, and without a doubt the best Advanced Auto Parts customer service I’ve ever experienced. It matters when you have guys like Rob and Wil who know every inch of their craft, even if it’s just to ask about Trico blades.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
